I found the hotel to be a mix of positive and negative aspects. The location is not my preference, being a little far from the closest MRT or shopping area if walking, though it's big with a separate bathtub and shower stall. The service was very friendly, but there seemed to be a lack of control over guests' improper behavior. The dining options provided a wide range of food, but the quality was low in my opinion. The rooms, despite being rather small in the budget single room category, were always well-presented on a daily basis.
